It shouldn't be longer than 2 sentences. In that 2 sentences talk about how qualified you are and tell them you are going to do it remarkably fast. 

The only reason why you should write a third sentence is to talk about how close to you are to them. So if their business is in Sacramento say your in San Francisco.
